hi, i’m bethany bedford

I’m a psychotherapist and relational specialist, committed to normalizing therapy as empowering healthcare for your mind, your relationships, and your life. A Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northwestern University and Colorado MFT-C, my empirically-informed training in systemic therapy goes beyond old-school therapy (you know, just listening & nodding) and looks at those in the room with nuance and context, to help facilitate positive change that actually sticks, through deeply tailored sessions specific to your unique goals. I approach therapy at the intersection of art & science: the art of human connection, and the neuroscience & biology of the human experience.

I help:

  • Women feeling stretched too thin, stuck in cycles of burnout, or ready to reimagine what balance actually looks like

  • Couples/Partners at any stage, those rebuilding trust, navigating change, creating secure attachment, or simply wanting more connection

  • Adult families, adult children & parents, siblings, and chosen families seeking healing, clarity, or better ways to relate

  • Professional partners needing support in navigating roles, boundaries, and interpersonal collaboration

No matter who’s in the room, therapy is always grounded in respect, curiosity, and a deep commitment to personalization.
