hi, i’m bethany bedford
I’m a psychotherapist and relational specialist, committed to normalizing therapy as empowering healthcare for your mind, your relationships, and your life. A Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northwestern University and Colorado MFT-C, my empirically-informed training in systemic therapy goes beyond old-school therapy (you know, just listening & nodding) and looks at those in the room with nuance and context, to help facilitate positive change that actually sticks, through deeply tailored sessions specific to your unique goals. I approach therapy at the intersection of art & science: the art of human connection, and the neuroscience & biology of the human experience.
I help:
Women feeling stretched too thin, stuck in cycles of burnout, or ready to reimagine what balance actually looks like
Couples/Partners at any stage, those rebuilding trust, navigating change, creating secure attachment, or simply wanting more connection
Adult families, adult children & parents, siblings, and chosen families seeking healing, clarity, or better ways to relate
Professional partners needing support in navigating roles, boundaries, and interpersonal collaboration
No matter who’s in the room, therapy is always grounded in respect, curiosity, and a deep commitment to personalization.
