Individual Therapy
Healing Begins When Your Mind and Body Feel Safe Enough to Change
You are not broken. Your mind is responding exactly as it was trained to by life experiences, nervous system patterns, attachment history, and unspoken beliefs that were formed long before you had the autonomy to choose a different path.
Individual therapy provides you with a space to explore, feel grounded, and gain a deeper understanding of yourself.
Our work will be grounded in neuroscience and relational health, shaped by my training in the Master of Science in Marriage & Family Therapy program at Northwestern University, a top program known for its research-driven, systemic approach.
Whether you’re navigating relationship patterns, burnout, identity shifts, or reclaiming your relationship with your sexuality, therapy helps you reconnect with yourself in a way that feels aligned, empowered, and deeply authentic.
