Focused relationship healing without months of weekly therapy

Sometimes, weekly therapy just doesn’t give you the momentum you’re hoping for.

If you’re feeling stuck in the same arguments, recovering from a rupture, or needing meaningful progress quickly, a couples intensive offers the time and space to finally slow down and do the deeper work your relationship deserves.

Instead of stretching therapy out over months, we create focused, uninterrupted time to build clarity, repair trust, and practice new ways of connecting without rushing the process.

Intensives are offered in person in Denver, Colorado. Travel to you may be an option; additional fees apply.

What is a Couple’s Intensive?

A couple's intensive is a longer, structured therapy experience designed to help you:

  • Break long-standing conflict cycles.

  • Rebuild trust after betrayal or disconnection.

  • Improve communication quickly & have that repetitive conversation in a different way.

  • Strengthen intimacy and emotional connection.

  • Get “unstuck” when weekly therapy hasn’t helped enough.

Think of it as months of therapy, condensed into days.

What skills will you again?

Accelerated Progress

Make meaningful shifts in a condensed period of time.

Real-Time Intervention

Work through conflict as it happens, not just reflect on it.

Deep Understanding of Your Dynamic

Identify patterns quickly with focused support.

Clear Path Forward

Leave with concrete tools and direction.

Why choose an intensive instead of weekly therapy?

Weekly sessions can be helpful, but they often get interrupted by daily life. Just as you start opening up… time’s up.

Intensives create space to dive deeper and have hard conversations until they are resolved. It also provides space to practice new skills in real time, where breakthroughs lead to lasting change.

What Intensives Are Not Designed for

Couples Intensives are designed for partners who are emotionally ready and sufficiently resourced to engage in deep work. To protect all partners and ensure the process is effective, intensives are not appropriate when any of the following are present:

  • Active addiction(substance use that has not been stabilized or treated).

  • Active infidelity(an ongoing, newly disclosed, or undisclosed outside relationship).

  • Severe or untreatedmental illness that significantly impairs regulation or participation.

  • Intimate Partner Violence(When physical violence, coercive control, or intimidation is present in a relationship, couples therapy or intensives are not appropriate or safe. These situations require an individual safety plan and specialized support, not relational therapy).
