Goal-Focused Coaching is structured, action-oriented, one-on-one support designed to help you move from intention to completion.

Unlike psychotherapy, this work is focused on execution, decision-making, and sustained follow-through. 

Sessions are available virtually anywhere in the US, and are designed to combine strategic planning with active work time, allowing you to make tangible progress within each meeting. 

This approach integrates principles from behavioral science, including goal-setting theory, accountability structures, and attentional regulation.
